There is a place within us, a sacred place, where we can experience the presence of God.  Christian meditation is a bridge leading us to the portal of the Kingdom of God.  A place where we can find peace and rest for our souls in the midst of chaos. What is Christian meditation and how do we practice it?  Most importantly, what are the benefits of practicing Christian meditation?  These are just a few questions we will answer during the training.

Trainings are scheduled the fourth Tuesday of the month from 7 – 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time. No experience is required and everyone is welcome to attend.
