Date: October 13 – 16, 2023 Location: Wilmington, NC (15 minutes from Wilmington International Airport, 10 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from downtown shopping) Venue: Recently renovated and modernized retreat house with 8 bedrooms.
The cost for your 3-night stay includes lodging, meals, and Teresa Yerkes’ teaching on the topic of love. The cost for a private room is $750, two people to a room is $575 per person, four people to a room is $450 per person. If you don’t need lodging and you are interested in the fellowship, teaching and sharing meals with us, the cost is $275. Take $75 off your retreat if you register before September 30!

Retreat Spiritual Director:
Teresa Yerkes, the Founder of Christian Meditation Center, has been a Christian since 1983 and has practiced Christian meditation since 2000. She is the author of three books, Come Closer: The Practice of Christian Meditation, God Within You: The Case for Christian Meditation and Making Love: The Spiritual Act of Love. She teaches and leads Christian meditation trainings and facilitates sessions. She is a public speaker, facilitates book clubs and leads retreats. Teresa is a Certified Lay Speaker and Lay Counselor. She brings nearly forty years of her own personal discovery, along with highly specialized spiritual direction training provided by the Shalem Institute.
Teresa’s career background consists of primarily business administration. She is a wife of 25 years, mother of 3 children and grandmother of 5 grandchildren. She loves their two yellow labs, Lucy and Peaches, and cat Gracie. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends. She enjoys reading and taking walks with her husband.
