INDIVIDUAL CHRISTIAN MEDITATION TRAINING

We offer one on one Christian meditation training.  The online session is one hour long with a trained Christian meditation teacher.  The cost for the training is $75.  Once registered, we will work together to schedule the session.

SPIRITUAL DIRECTION

All of us come to a place in our lives when we are not sure where to go next or we feel stuck in our current circumstances. Sometimes it is helpful to share what is on our heart, soul, and mind with another person. We can begin to heal by having someone who will listen and to help bring clarity to what the Holy Spirit might be inviting us to do next. We offer both individual and group spiritual direction. There is no set fee for this service. However, we do request you pray about donating to support the work we are doing.

Teresa Yerkes brings nearly 40 years of her own personal discovery, along with highly specialized spiritual direction training from the Shalem Institute located in Washington DC.  She is also a Christian Meditation Teacher and a Certified Lay Christian Counselor.
