October 2020 Christian Meditation Seminar
Our next Christian Meditation Seminar will be held on Sunday, October 18 from 2 – 4 p.m. There is no cost to attend.
Why Come Close to God?
Come close to God and God will come close to you. -James 4:8A
Christian meditation is a practice that supports your desire to come closer to God. You can look at it as the other side of prayer. When we pray, we are talking to God. When we meditate, we become open to listening to God. We know it’s difficult to have a loving and meaningful relationship with anyone if we did all the talking all the time. Meditation establishes the two-way interaction for a deeper and richer relationship with our Lord. Come and learn more about how you can come closer to God!
The seminar is sponsored by the Christian Meditation Center. There is no charge for this event, although a love offering is appreciated.
