Christian/Biblical Meditation should bring me closer to my Heavenly Father. It should aid in the daily renewing of my mind so I can be transformed into the image and likeness of Christ.

This will be a weekend retreat hosted by, Vanessa Bryan, founder of Rooted & Grounded, alongside author & Christian meditation teacher, Teresa Yerkes, founder of the Christian Meditation Center. The retreat is held in Orlando Florida, a stone’s throw away from Disney World.
