  • Deepen your prayer life
  • Experience greater peace, clarity, and spiritual connection
  • Develop a simple daily practice of resting with God

This training is welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners. No special experience is needed—just a heart open to God.

Christian meditation is not something we master—it is a relationship we cultivate. This training provides the foundation, and our free weekly Christian Meditation Sessions offer a supportive community where you can continue practicing, growing, and learning to rest more deeply in God’s presence.

Teresa’s Story

For many years, I longed to experience the peace of God more deeply. Although I had been a Christian since 1983, I found myself struggling with patterns I couldn’t seem to overcome.

In 2000, I discovered the writings of St. Teresa of Ávila and later Thomas Keating, who introduced me to the historic Christian practice of contemplative prayer and Christian meditation. As I learned to become still before God and gently return my attention to His presence, my life began to change. I experienced greater peace, deeper compassion, increased self-control, and a more intimate relationship with Christ.

Christian meditation didn’t replace prayer or Scripture—it deepened them.

As my relationship with Christ deepened through this practice, I felt called to share it with others. That calling led to the founding of the Christian Meditation Center in 2012, where we help people deepen their relationship with God through Christian meditation.

It would be my privilege to introduce you to Christian meditation and help you begin your own journey of learning to listen, receive, and rest in God’s presence.

Prayer begins the conversation.
Meditation helps us pay attention.
We pay attention to receive from God.
