We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending a retreat after you have registered. Because the Christian Meditation Center makes financial commitments based on confirmed registrations, the following cancellation policy applies:
30 days or more before the retreat:
A full refund will be provided.
14–29 days before the retreat:
A 50% refund will be provided.
Less than 14 days before the retreat:
Retreat payments are nonrefundable.
We recognize that serious illness, family emergencies, and other significant circumstances can arise unexpectedly. In these situations, the Christian Meditation Center may, at its discretion, apply some or all of the amount paid as a credit toward a future CMC retreat, less any expenses that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
Retreat credits are nontransferable and must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.
Once a retreat has begun, refunds or credits will not normally be provided for late arrival, early departure, or inability to participate in part of the retreat.
If CMC cancels a retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all retreat fees paid.
We appreciate your understanding. This policy allows us to honor the financial commitments required to provide our retreats while also responding with compassion when unexpected circumstances arise.
