DESCRIPTION:One-on-One Christian Coaching\nSpiritual Direction & Christian Counseling\nSometimes the most meaningful spiritual growth happens in the presence of a trusted companion. \nOur One-on-One Christian Coaching sessions offer a quiet\, grace-filled space to explore your spiritual life\, deepen your relationship with God\, and gently work through the places where healing or clarity may be needed. \nYou will meet with Teresa Yerkes\, founder of the Christian Meditation Center\, a Christian meditation teacher\, certified lay counselor\, and spiritual companion who has spent nearly four decades walking with others on their spiritual journey. \nTogether\, you will create space to listen for God’s presence in your life. \n\nIn these sessions you may discover\n• A compassionate listener who holds space for your story• Insightful questions that help bring deeper awareness• Guidance in prayer\, Christian meditation\, and spiritual practices• Support in navigating life transitions\, grief\, relationships\, and spiritual growth• Encouragement as you discern God’s movement in your life \nThis is not therapy and not a place for quick answers.
