No special experience is needed—just a heart open to God. \nChristian meditation is not about emptying yourself\, but about opening yourself to the loving presence of God through stillness\, silence\, breath awareness\, and gentle focus. \nCome discover a deeper way of listening\, receiving\, and resting in Him. \nEvent Details \nDate: Thursday\, September 24\, 2026\nTime: 7:00–8:30 p.m. Eastern Time\nLocation: Zoom \nChristian meditation is not something we master—it is a relationship we cultivate. This training provides the foundation\, and our free weekly Christian Meditation Sessions offer a supportive community where you can continue practicing\, growing\, and learning to rest more deeply in God’s presence. \n\nTeresa’s Story\nFor many years\, I longed to experience the peace of God more deeply. Although I had been a Christian since 1983\, I found myself struggling with patterns I couldn’t seem to overcome. \nIn 2000\, I discovered the writings of St. Teresa of Ávila and later Thomas Keating\, who introduced me to the historic Christian practice of contemplative prayer and Christian meditation. As I learned to become still before God and gently return my attention to His presence\, my life began to change. I experienced greater peace\, deeper compassion\, increased self-control\, and a more intimate relationship with Christ. \nChristian meditation didn’t replace prayer or Scripture—it deepened them. \nAs my relationship with Christ deepened through this practice\, I felt called to share it with others. That calling led to the founding of the Christian Meditation Center in 2012\, where we help people deepen their relationship with God through Christian meditation. \nIt would be my privilege to introduce you to Christian meditation and help you begin your own journey of learning to listen\, receive\, and rest in God’s presence. \nPrayer begins the conversation.Meditation helps us pay attention. We pay attention to receive from God. \n\nCost\nFinances should never be a barrier to learning how to rest in God’s presence. \nThat’s why our online group Christian Meditation Training is free and open to everyone. If this ministry blesses you and you would like to help us share Christian meditation with others\, an optional donation is always gratefully received. \n🔁 Returning participants attend free as well.👤 Personal one-on-one training: $75 \n\n“Be still and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 \n\nRegister\nEvent Registration Form \n\n\n \n\n\n\n Your name\n \n \n Your email\n \n \n Telephone\n \n \n Event Name\n \n \n\n\n Δ\n \n\n\n\n
